The Week of April 21

   Weekly Newsletter

Field Trip to Oatland Island is MONDAY, APRIL 22!

We are headed out to Oatland Island tomorrow morning!🤞Please apply sunscreen and bug spray at home. Students should wear hats, long pants and walking shoes, as we will be hiking the paths and eating lunch outside.

Tuesday, April 23 is a FREE Dress Down Day to honor our military families at Ellis! Everyone is encouraged to wear purple to show support for these families.

Presenters from Africa!

Our community was fortunate enough to have two presenters share about life and customs in two different African countries! We learned much about the continent we are studying this semester and are so grateful that these volunteers shared their experience with us!

Our third year students will take part in GMAS testing April 30 and May 1, 2, 6, and 7. This test is administered to children in third through eighth grades at Ellis. Below are links to resources for families of third year students who would like to know more about the test.
