Field Day

Blue Jays had a blast at Field Day! Thank you to Mr. Eric for sticking with us all day long! And thank you to all of you who volunteered to help out the community on that day! If you have any pictures that you'd like to share with the community, (I did not get many) please send them to marianne.howze@sccpss.com and I will post them in the newsletter.

MESS Ice Cream Fundraiser @ Circle Park

Charles Ellis presents The Tree of Life on May 18.
Purchase tickets using this link.

Charles Ellis Beta Club is collecting pop-tabs for Ronald McDonald House and plastic bags to make a bench with TREX. Also, they are collecting used books for a library in Africa. Please send in pop tabs, CLEAN plastic bags, and used books with your child and we will make sure that the Beta Club receives them.

Charles Ellis students have been invited to participate in a wonderful new program set up by the Forsyth Farmers Market. Students and families can go to the Forsyth Farmers Market every Saturday until May 20th to visit the new Youth Booth. Every student that visits the Youth Booth will get a $5 token to spend on produce. The children will also get a passport that will be stamped each time they visit! This is an exciting opportunity for the children, so let's please spread the word!
